Exercises: Attitude
  • Make the commitment to greet each person you meet in a positive manner. Give them a compliment on how they look or on something they have recently done.
  • Each day make a conscious effort to only see the positive side of any situation for twenty-one days straight.
  • Help someone out.
  • Decide to have a positive day. Silence all criticism and negativity for a complete day. Concentrate only on the good in yourself and the good in others that you meet and interact with.
  • Always assume the best about people and they will tend to demonstrate their best kind of behavior around you.
  • Allow yourself enough time to prepare for the day’s activities. Don’t get up at the last minute.
  • Plan as if you will live forever. Live as though you will die tomorrow.
  • Give your positive attitude to others. Most will welcome it.
  • Learn to accept situations you cannot control.
  • Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference
